Mindfulness Meditation Exploration - W3


Today, we learned about how to meditate and how to become more mindful. This will allow us to know more about our topic and will let us actually experience the mindful meditation. Knowing how to meditate and be mindful will help show us benefits of meditation, and we will be able to judge how effective it is ourselves. It will also allow us to teach others how to meditate.
