Today we focused on what we should think about while meditating. It is during our period of experimental meditation, and we found that this was a question that we both had and did not know how to address on our own. We found 20 tips ranging anywhere from focusing on our breathing to contemplating the vast majority of matter and space. We will use these tips to help us meditate for the last week of our 2 week trial. Overall, this will help us to more effectively inform our peers about how to meditate in order to reduce stress.
