Mindfulness Meditation Exploration - W5

Today we worked to generate a plan of action for practicing meditation. We will start meditation on Monday the 21st, and end on Monday the 28. We also revisited our schedule that will allow us to successfully build up the ability to meditate successfully for longer periods of time. After our trial we will reflect on the pros, cons, and personal benefits we experienced. This information will allow us to make the best suggestions for our peers about practicing meditation.
