Mindfulness Meditation Exploration - W4


Today we learned how often and how long you need to meditate for. It is important to attempt to mindfully reflect every day for at least 5 minutes. We also devised a schedule for our first round of meditation. We looked at a 2 week period for our schedule because it would allow us enough time to build up a resistance and comfort with the strategies. We will use this in our overall project as the test portion of our investigation. After we successfully meditate in one fashion, we will move on to learning how to become more mindful through healthful rest. After both of our tests, we will proceed to reflect on our experiences and work to present our findings to our peers.
